Brilliant conference last month in Boulder, Colorado (generously co-sponsored by Naropa University). I presented a workshop on the dynamics of the five elements through movement exploration and participated in a discussion panel on BMC and the Performing Arts (along with Otto Ramstad, Erika Berland and Wendell Beavers). What a joy to move and try new things and hang out with such enthusiastic, dedicated, smart embodied people!
