Body-Mind Centering® drop-in classes

September 23rd and 30th are special benefit sessions. Registration is free, and all are welcome. If you can, please donate to my dear friend Doug MacKenzie’s gofundme campaign to support him with medical expenses in recovering his eyesight. Doug is an old friend, and the person who first got me interested in Body-Mind Centering!

All are welcome to the classes – we will play with ground and space, support and freedom, cellular breathing, form and flow. I promise there will be minimal time looking at your screen – you can listen, move, rest, draw, write, sing…. in your own home while still in community.

Body-Mind Centering® weekly drop-in class with Kim Sargent-Wishart.

Drop into the mind of your body. Each week offers a different focus for practice, drawing on experiential anatomy, physiology & embryology, cellular consciousness and developmental movement. Classes consist of guided movement practice with time to write, draw and reflect.

Classes will be recorded for participants who can’t attend live.

Come to as many as you like, and pay what you can.
