Nervous System 5 week course

This 5 week course introduces the Nervous System through a Body-Mind Centering® approach, engaging with imagery and guided movement. Content will include experiential exploration of sensory and motor processing, autonomic (sympathetic/parasympathetic) balancing, the glial cells (white matter and myelin), ways to support and release the brain and nerves, and the enteric nervous system of the gut. Personal integration is supported by time to write, draw, and share experience.

Offered on zoom. Classes will be recorded and available for participants.
