BodyMind Writing: moving, sensing, expressing

Back by popular demand – this online course is a chance to move and write – to write from and with the voice of your alive, sensing body.

For writers who want to flesh out the words and connect their whole self to the writing process.

For movers who want to tap into kinesthetic experience to fuel written language.

Guided somatic meditations and movement practices will support you in listening to the unique voices within your body’s cells and systems. Timed writing scores offer pathways of expression, to draw on bodily experience as a resource for richness.

Thursdays 10-11am plus optional 11-11:30am time in breakout rooms to share and co-create through reading aloud, witnessing, listening and responding, through layering words and movement.

The first hour of the class will be recorded and available indefinitely for all who register. The half-hour optional sharing time will not be recorded.

You can register for 4 sessions in June, 4 in July or all 8 sessions. Sliding scale is available as always, choose what suits your circumstances.
