This online series explores the enteric: the belly, insides, gut. Supported by anatomical images and imagery, guided movement and self-touch, some of the material we will visit includes:
– organs and pathways of digestion
– the enteric nervous system, sometimes called the ‘gut brain’
– the mesentery, the kelp-like organ connecting the intestines with the back of the abdominal space
– embryology of the digestive organs
Based in Body-Mind Centering®, with time for writing, drawing and moving as you like.
